Refund & returns policy
If you're not happy with your purchase you have up to 7 days to return for a full refund. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all accessories inside.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be offered a refund.

Refunds (if applicable);
Once the item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable);
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
There is a 12 month warranty on all Spark of Wild bags from purchase date. After this period all returns and exchanges are nil and void. If you believe the bag to be faulty, please email us and we will replace the faulty or damaged item at our discretion. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials (i.e. zipper wear). Whilst our bags are designed to carry all the items you will need, overloading your bag may result in unnecessary stress on the straps and zips. Please take care not to overfill your bag.
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
Any returned items paid for with a gift card will be refunded as a store credit to be used on future Spark of Wild purchases (store credit will be valid for 12 months).
If you return an item paid by both gift card and credit card, you will be refunded on your credit card the amount of your initial card payment. Any remaining amount will be refunded as store credit.
All Pre-orders will be charged once ordered from the website. The product will be posted to you as soon as the shipment has arrived.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We prefer to use Australia Post when shipping.
